The Edge health and fitness club offers a tranquil swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a fully equipped and air-conditioned gymnasium. The Staff at the Edge prides themselves on delivering high quality individual fitness programmes tailored to each individuals needs available to every member whether you are a beginner, suffer from a injury/ illness or are a professional sports person the staff at the Edge can cater for your needs.
Swimming Pool
Our 15m by 7.5m heated indoor pool is perfect for a swim any part of the day and is accompanied by a luxurious Jacuzzi, sauna and steam perfect to relax and release any stress in during or after a days work. The pool area also boasts a solarium, which is charged at £3 for 3 minutes, £4 for 5 minutes and £5 for 9minutes.
Gym
Our fully equipped gym boosts a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment, with individual sky television monitors, free weights, modular weights and exercise area for body toning. We also offer an hourly abdominal group class.
Other facilities
The club also offers aqua aerobics classes, a water based exercise to music aerobic class that tones and exercises every mayor muscle group. The class gives you a full body workout without impacting muscles and joints. And a circuit class a full body workout for all ages and abilities encompassing toning, strengthening, anaerobic and aerobic exercises.
