Champions hit 100 goals!

Newmarket, having been crowned champions of Crowe Division 5NW after only 18 games of this 22 game season scored, in the 20th game, their historic 100th goal through Ian Starling, with the last hit of the match.

This achievement is unlikely ever to be repeated as they move up the leagues and meet stiffer opposition. However, the enormity of it should not be missed - Newmarket have been promoted as champions in both the preceding two seasons, and have shared the 100 goals between 17 squad members. And, they still have two games to play!
