Club Fitness Training

We are delighted to announce we have agreed with Tim Wilson to put on 3 weeks worth of fitness training open to both men and women, existing members and future members. The club has also agreed to kindly fund these sessions so all we require is your attendance, no excuses!!

Sessions will be run at 6.30pm on the following Friday nights:

Venue for the training is Scaltback playing fields, (the former Scaltback middle school ). Please arrive prompt so we can make sure we get full use of the session
