Membership

All players need to complete a Membership form and pay an Annual Subscription.

Membership Form

All senior players, new and returning or occasional are required to complete a membership form. Each member must submit a form every year for insurance purposes and to confirm that we have up to date emergency contact details.

Welcome Pack

All members new and returning are required to read the Welcome Pack, which contains useful information about the Club, our expectations of players and what players can expect.

Match Fees

Match Fees are payable every match that you play, to your team captain, on the day (usually a Saturday).
Please help your captain out by bringing your match fees. Persistent non or late-payers may be restricted from training/playing until any outstanding matters are resolved.

Late Payment: Players who do not pay their subscriptions on time will be subject to an additional £20 fee and will not be able to play for the club or attend training until resolved. We therefore urge all members to pay on time to avoid this situation. Please speak directly to the Membership Officer regarding any issues.

New Players: New players have four weeks to pay the relevant subscriptions, during which time they may train, but cannot play league games for the Club until they have done so. New members who wish to play in the Men’s or Ladies’ senior teams will be able to benefit from a one-time, sponsor-subsidised fee of £40 to cover the cost of playing kit. This amount should be added to the total subs fee due.

Goalkeepers: Active Goalkeepers who provide their own complete goalkeeping kit will be exempt from subscriptions for the year, at the Club’s discretion.

Non-Playing Members: Players who wish to attend training on a regular basis but not play matches are still obliged to pay their full yearly subscription fee and complete a membership form.
